Kaon Femtoscopy with Lévy-Stable Sources from sNN=200 GeV Au+Au Collisions at RHIC

چکیده

Femtoscopy has the capacity to probe space-time geometry of particle-emitting source in heavy-ion collisions. In particular, femtoscopy like-sign kaon-pairs may shed light on origin non-Gaussianity spatial emission probability density. The momentum-correlations between are, hence, measured data recorded by STAR experiment, from $\sqrt{s_{_{\rm NN}}} = 200$ GeV $\mathrm{Au}+\mathrm{Au}$ collisions at RHIC, BNL. Preliminary results hint the, possible, existence non-Gaussian, L\'evy-stable sources; and signal likely, presence an anomalous diffusion process; for identically-charged so produced. More statistically significant studies, lower centre-of-mass energies, contribute search critical end point QCD as well.

We present preliminary results from a two-pion intensity interferometry analysis from Au+Au collisions at √ s NN =200 GeV measured in the STAR detector at RHIC.
